Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on the product and fulfilment partner.
Shipping Times (EU) Once dispatched, estimated delivery times to EU countries are:
- Western EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.): 3–7 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Italy, Greece, etc.): 5–10 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, etc.): 5–10 business days
- Nordic EU (Finland, Denmark): 3–7 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (EU) Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. VAT may be included in the displayed price depending on your country.

Defective or Incorrect Items As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
